Written in this document are the terms of the agreement between
the artist and the consumer. By placing an order with Tasha Rae
Designs, the consumer agrees to the terms written on this page.
This contract is binding and both parties agree upon its contents.
The Artist, Tasha Fontanes, agrees to provide artistic services
to the client.
Invitations: The artist and client will agree upon design and
quantity and artist will submit sample of final product for client’s
approval. Prices will be determined upon design choice and quantity
and agreed upon before production begins. This will be paid by
credit card, check or money order and at least 50% received by
the artist before service is rendered. Invitations will be delivered
to the client in the time period agreed upon by artist and client
and after remainder of the payment
is received.
Although every effort is made to reduce errors in spelling, grammar
and layout, each client is responsible for the final proofing
before all items are printed. In the unfortunate event that an
error is found
after printing, Tasha Rae Designs is not responsible for the
cost of reprinting projects that have been approved by the customer.
Any items that have been approved for printing by the customer will
only be corrected and reprinted at the customer's expense.
Tasha Rae Designs is not responsible for delays
or damage in shipping via the United States Postal Service, Fed
Ex or UPS. The artist will package the items carefully before
shipping to best protect the items so damage does not occur.
If delay or damage does occur during shipping, a claim must be
filed with the the United States Postal Service, Fed Ex or UPS
by Tasha Rae Designs or the client. The work may or may not be
redone at the discretion of Tasha Rae Designs and additional
fees to be determined by the artist may be charged. The artist
is not responsible for damages that occur after client has received
and accepted items.
All artwork done by the artist is protected by copyright and
may not be reproduced for any commercial reason without written consent
of the artist. The artist retains the right to reproduce the artwork
for promotional use.
